DIRECTIONS OF USE
For health maintenance, take 1 capsule daily after a meal. For the common cold, take 2 capsules twice daily after meals. Not recommended for use by pregnant or lactating women, or those under the age of 18. Some individuals may be allergic to Propolis. Individuals with allergies, especially allergies to bees, pollen, etc. should exercise caution and consult with their physician before using Propolis. Nausea or stomach upset may occur in sensitive individuals. If any of these effects persist or worsen, discontinue use.
