Delivery method used

South African Orders

All of our South African orders are sent using traceable methods.

The SA Post Office offer an extremely reliable, traceable service which has a good balance between price and speed of delivery. It is for this reason that we have chosen them as our primary carriers for your goods. This service is inexpensive and your order is delivered to your nearest post office and a collection slip sent to your address. Delivery times and costs are listed below.

International orders

International orders are sent via a bulk mailing service and do not come with a tracking number. The orders leave South Africa and are sent to the UK from there they are sent to our customers country and enter into the local postal service.

Our delivery guarantee

You will get the goods you have paid for or you will get a full refund.

We take every precaution to ensure that your order gets to you efficiently. However, in some rare cases, it does happen that an order is mislaid en route or suffers a delay. In the event of your package not arriving in a reasonable amount of time, we will reship your goods for a second and final time. If your order does not arrive a second time then we will issue you with a full refund.

If you order does not arrive due to the wrong address being given when your order was placed you will not receive a refund and once your order has arrived back at our office the full shipping fee will be charged again to resend your order to the correct address, alternately once your order has been returned to us we will refund you only for the product cost.

Shipping depots

Most of the products are shipped from our Cape Town office. The Profound product line is shipped either from the UK office or from Singapore. For ease of flow, we refer to the Profound shipping as the UK Depot – even though some of the Profound products may actually be dispatched from their Singapore office. Item ordered from the Profound product line carry a separate shipping fee.

For orders within South Africa, we ask our customers to allow at least 7 working days from the time of your goods leaving our premises before contacting us regarding the non-arrival of an order. Goods usually arrive within 3-5 working days from the shipping of your order. You are notified by email when your order has been shipped. If you order is not collected from your post office within 1 month the post office will return it to our office, if you wish to have your order resent there will be an additional cost of R75.00 + R3.50 per item, to resend your order.

How much is the Profound product line shipping?

All products ordered from the Profound product line will be charged a separate flat rate fee of R245.00 per order.

Profound products do not ship to SA as the incoming postal service keeps letting us down
