Ingredients:

Per tablet:
Magnesium glycinate 1110,0 mg providing Magnesium 200,0 mg; Boron ACC 10,5 mg providing Boron 500,0 µg

Dosage:

Adults and children over 9 years of age: Take 1 tablet daily with food.

Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients.
