Alpha lipoic acid has been shown to regenerate endogenous antioxidants and repair oxidative damage. Due to this, alpha lipoic acid helps promote healthy glucose metabolism and provides antioxidants for the maintenance of good health.

Composition:

Each capsule contains: Alpha Lipoic Acid Inactive ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose) vegetarian capsule shell, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Sugar free.

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Dosage:

Adults: Take 1 capsule twice daily or as recommended by your healthcare provider. Can be taken with or without food.

Warnings:

Do not use this product if you are hypersensitive (allergic) to any of the ingredients. Alpha lipoic acid may enhance the effectiveness of diabetic medicines and this could result in hypoglycaemia. Therefore, use under medical supervision if you already take diabetic medication. Alpha lipoic acid may alter thyroid function, use with caution if you are diagnosed with thyroid disease.
