Arnica Montana 30c – Limbs & body ache as if beaten, joints as if sprained.  Rheumatism of muscular and tendon issues, especially back & shoulders. Paralytic pains shift from joint to joint.  Especially, on movement. Great soreness in back and hips. Cervical pressure on vertebrae.  Rheumatism from exposure to dampness and cold.

Calc Flour 6c  – Acute and chronic pain with burning in the back generally and loins. Often caused by muscle strain.  Worse on beginning to move but better for continuous movement.  Hip joint disease.  Hardening of connective tissue and capsular ligaments of joints.

Calc Phos 6c  – Arthritis and rheumatic pain in joints & bones, always aggravated by any change in weather, but especially cold & damp.  Inflammation of spine, stiffness of neck, aching soreness of limbs, especially, sacral and lumbar regions, transferring down legs with lameness and weakness of hips and down limbs.  Disposition to stretch.

Hypericum 30c  – The Arnica of the nerves, thus excellent for coccyx pain/injury where pain causes inability to walk.  Aching pain in scapula/lumber regions with lameness and/or trembling of the limbs.  Joints bruised.  Aching in sciatic nerve. Traumatic neuralgia and neuritis.

Rhus Tox 30c – Helpful where fibrous tissue is affected e.g. Ligaments, joints and tendons and in conditions where pain and stiffness result (often referred to as the ‘Rusty Gate’…difficult to move but once get going, becomes easier).

Ruta 30c – Helpful where all parts of body are painful,  as if bruised (muscles and joints) Paralytic stiffness & lameness of legs.  Gnawing burning pain – neuralgia.  Weakness in lumber region. Pain in long bones, sore tendons,  rheumatic paralysing pain in carpal joints.
