How to use:

One or two tablets per day or as prescribed by your health care practitioner. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.

• Folic Acid – 800mcg
• Boron (elemental) -1mg
• Chromium (elemental) – 200mcg

• Red Clover Extract 4:1 – 50mg
