Dosage and directions for use: Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Adults 16 years and older: Take one capsule before bedtime, with a glass of water, or use as prescribed by a medical practitioner.

Ingredients:
Active Ingredients: Vitamin B1 (Thiamine), Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide), Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic Acid), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine), Biotin, Magnesium, Passiflora Incarnata (Passionflower) Flower Extract (4:1), Valeriana SPP. (Valerian) Root Extract (10:1).

Store below 25 degrees C. Store away from moisture and direct sunlight.

Warnings:

This product contains passionflower extract and valerian root extract, therefore pregnant and lactating women should not use this product. This product is not suitable for children under the age of 16. Do not use if known hypersensitivity or allergy exists towards any of the ingredients. Do not use simultaneously with alcohol, other sedatives or with MAOI anti-depressants, as passionflower extract and valerian root extract may potentiate their effects. Avoid driving or operating heavy machinery while taking this supplement, as it may cause drowsiness. Do not use after date of expiry. Check expiry date on unit.
