Product Information
ReDormin has been shown to assist in the relief of sleeplessness and insomnia. 1-4 ReDormin contains standardised whole plant extracts of Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) and Hops (Humulus lupulus), in a combination that has been demonstrated, in clinical trials, to improve sleep quality

Sleeplessness and insomnia, i.e. difficulty in falling asleep and remaining asleep
Sleep disturbances, such as early awakening
Disrupted sleeping pattern (circadian rhythm)
Uneasy sleep, i.e. tossing and turning

Ingredients
Valeriana officinalis root 1,25 g, Humulus lupulus fruit 360 mg

Warnings
ReDormin has no known side-effects or interactions with other medicines. There is no data on the use of ReDormin tablets during pregnancy and lactation.

Directions
The adult dose of ReDormin is 2 to 3 tablets an hour before bedtime. It is likely that the full effect of ReDormin will only be reached after a week or two.
