Each capsule contains: Vitamin C 100mg, L-Isoleucine 66.5mg, Proanthocyanidins (Grape Seed Ext) 45mg, Oligomeric Proanthocyanidins 30mg, Bioflavanoids 20mg, Vitamin E 20mg, Zinc 15mg, Selenium 25mcg.
