Ingredients

Each capsule contains: Iron (as Ferrous Fumerate) 20mg, Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 100mg, Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamine 0.1%) 2mcg, Copper (as Copper AAC 10%) 2mg, Folic Acid (Vitamin B9) 400mcg, Calcium (as Calcium Carbonate) 45mg, Magnesium 25mg, Potassium (as Di-Potassium Phosphate) 11.1mg.

Persons suffering from a medical condition or taking any medication should consult their healthcare practitioner before using this product. Discontinue if you experience any adverse reaction.
