Description

Prevents spinal cord abnormalities in babies. Reduces the risk of spina bifida. Folic acid treats / prevents anaemia. Zinc helps to maintain immune function.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains: Zinc Sulphate (Providing 4.9mg Elemental Zinc 12mg, Folic Acid 499mcg, Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamine 0.1%) 2.4mcg.

Warnings and Special precautions:

Should not be used by pregnant and lactating women without consulting a healthcare practitioner. Persons suffering from a medical condition or taking any medication should consult their healthcare practitioner before using this product. Discontinue if you experience any adverse reaction. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Dosage

Adults and children over 14 years, take 1 tablet daily, or as prescribed by a healthcare practitioner.
