Ingredients

Each tablet contains: Valerian (Valerian Officinalis) Extract (Root, 10:1 extract providing 1000mg dried herb equivalent (DHE)) 100mg, Passion Flower (Passiflora Incarnate) extract (Fruit, 4:1 extract providing 180mg dried herb equivalent (DHE)) 45mg.

Should not be used by pregnant and lactating women without consulting a healthcare practitioner. Persons suffering from a medical condition or taking any medication should consult their healthcare practitioner before using this product. Discontinue if you experience any adverse reaction. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Dosage

Adults and children over 12: Take 1 or 2 tablets once or twice daily when necessary, or as prescribed by a healthcare practitioner.
