Cipla Breathewell Nasal Inhaler
WHAT IS BREATHEWELL?
BREATHEWELL is a natural nasal inhaler, formulated for easing a blocked nose, for example during a cold or flu.
BREATHEWELL may relieve symptoms of allergic rhinitis, stuffiness, and the nasal symptoms of sinusitis and colds. It may relieve nasal inflammation and pain, and may display antimicrobial, antifungal and antioxidant properties to assist naturally in your recovery.
Each 0,5 ml BREATHEWELL inhaler contains:
Peppermint oil 44.00 % w/w
Wintergreen oil 20.00 % w/w
Eucalyptus oil 20.00 % w/w
Rosemary oil 10.00 % w/w
BREATHEWELL contains a blend of herbs that helps to open congested nostrils, to provide ease of breathing and relieve symptoms of a blocked or stuffy nose.
? Peppermint oil is used for the symptomatic treatment of colds and has painkilling properties. It relieves the symptoms of allergic rhinitis.
? Wintergreen oil has anti-inflammatory and painkilling properties and acts as a counter-irritant when used topically. Wintergreen contains methylsalicylate.
? Eucalyptus oil is used topically for inflammation of the respiratory tract and nasal stuffiness. It has antimicrobial and antifungal properties.
? Rosemary oil is used topically for pain and improved blood circulation. It has antibacterial, antifungal and antioxidant properties.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE
Inhale BREATHEWELL’s medicated vapour through one nostril, while holding the other nostril closed with your finger.
Inhale deeply to ease breathing.
Use BREATHEWELL as needed.
WARNINGS AND SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS
? If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the ingredients in BREATHEWELL.
? If you are allergic (hypersensitive) to salicylates or aspirin, or have nasal polyps. Patients should be advised to discuss this with their doctor or pharmacists if they are not sure.
? Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
BREATHEWELL inhaler is not indicated to treat asthma, emphysema or lung infections, or colds or flu complicated by bacterial infection. Patients should be advised to speak to their doctor if they are experiencing symptoms of wheezing or laboured breathing, fever, or coughing up yellow or green mucus. If their symptoms do not improve within 3 days, or worsen, patients should be advised to speak to their doctor or pharmacist.
Do not use in children under 6 years of age as safety has not been established.
